Do you have any promo codes? We post all of our sales on our instagram first so make sure you follow us @howdydudeyneon! There is a limit of one promo code per order.

How do I hang my neon sign? We suggest using fishing line or hanging wire. The signs are fairly light (4-8lbs depending on design). If you wish to mount the sign to the wall, screws are included in your order to do so.

When will my order ship? Custom neons are made-to-order and are shipped within 4-6 weeks after they’re placed. Email us if you have an event date that it must arrive by. Expedited production & shipping are available for an extra fee. 

Does expedited production guarantee delivery by my event date? We guarantee expedited orders will ship within 3 weeks. If your event is less than 3 weeks away please, email us with the date before choosing expedited for us to confirm we can make your deadline. Expedited production does not include overnight shipping. If we feel that you need to upgrade to overnight to meet your deadline we will email you advising this and the rate to upgrade if you choose to do so. *based on usual production times, please email us for our current expedited production timing

What day should I choose for my rental neon? The date you choose is the date the sign will arrive to you by. We suggest choosing a date that is 2-3 days before your event so that you have time to set up and extra time in case of any unforeseen shipping delays, such as inclement weather.

What is your cancellation and refund policy? Custom signs are made to order and are final sale. Rental neons can be cancelled with a full refund up until two weeks before your rental date 

Can I rent a neon sign from where I live? Yes! We ship anywhere in the Contiguous USA. 

How do I return my rental neon sign? Your rental neon package will include directions for how to return your sign as well as a return label. If for some reason you do not have the return card, please email us for a replacement. info@howdydudeyneon.com

What if my sign arrives broken? Although it is very rare, sometimes the shipping carriers are not as gentle with our packages as we would like. If your sign arrives broken or damaged email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damage and we will send a replacement.*
