We suggest using fishing line or hanging wire. The signs are fairly light (4-8lbs depending on design). If you wish to mount the sign to the wall, screws are included in your order to do so.

Custom neons are made-to-order and are shipped within 3-4 weeks after they’re placed. Email us if you have an event date that it must arrive by. Expedited production & shipping are available for an extra fee. 

We ship rentals so that they arrive 1-2 days prior to your rental date.

We guarantee expedited orders will ship within 3 weeks. If your event is less than 3 weeks away please, email us with the date before choosing expedited for us to confirm we can make your deadline. Expedited production does not include overnight shipping. If we feel that you need to upgrade to overnight to meet your deadline we will email you advising this and the rate to upgrade if you choose to do so.*based on usual production times, please email us for our current expedited production timing

Choose the date of your event and the rental will arrive 1-2 days prior. 

The rental will need to be returned to a local UPS location with the return label attached in our eco-friendly reusable box the day after your reserved rental date. (excluding Sundays, if your rental date is a Saturday it will be returned the follwing Monday)

Yes! We ship anywhere in the Contiguous USA.

Custom neon signs are made to order and are final sale. Rental neons & rental photo booths can be cancelled with a full refund up until three weeks before your rental date 

Although it is very rare, sometimes the shipping carriers are not as gentle with our packages as we would like. If your sign or photo booth arrives broken or damaged email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of damage and we will send a replacement.*
